A Message
from the Editor
Perfect love forgives, tolerates (endures, bears, suffers,
accepts) and is merciful to all human beings. Love is endless
and unfailing. Love seamlessly crosses every boundary, and does not envy
or make comparisons, which socialize, classify, label or ostracize
anyone. Love shares itself consistently and unswervingly
throughout all humanity. It shines on the principled and the
immoral.
Love is absolute (unconditional,
unlimited, supreme, fixed, unmodified, unadulterated, pure, perfect,
unquestionable, unchangeable and final).
God is Love.
And, He created all human beings in His image and likeness. Isn’t it
safe to suggest that He created mankind to reflect (display,
reproduce, mirror, imitate, replicate, echo, return) LOVE?
Though we are each
guilty of doing it over and over again—whether consciously or
unconsciously—not a single one of us (Black, White, Brown; Christian,
Jewish, Muslim, Atheist, etc.) is in a position to judge anyone in
any way. The good news is that we are always in the “perfect”
place to love each other, as God so loved the world.
